Where I'm at in central Mexico it is very rare to see planes in the sky at all, although maybe a helicopter or two every couple of weeks may come through the region. Nothing regular.

I should know because I am a paraglider pilot and we watch for these things.

There is no regular chemtrail program over central Mexico I am sure.
