Can someone tell me who is responsible for the spraying? Has our government admitted to chemtrails?

This year the UN came out saying we needed the trails to deflect sunrays. Which stratosphreically is BS. There are pilots that have filmed other planes spraying, not spraying, spraying from nozzles on the wings so unless low pressure zones are 2 miles long they are NOT contrails!! And we know the alluminium found in water samples is not the natural form (bound to something else) and in way too high dosages. The claim it is 'coalash' from coalplants seems the 'best' imo, explains the barium etc The "UN" said no such thing, The trails are contrails, and you are an idiot. Finding aluminum at ground level in NO WAY proves it came from the trails in the sky. And show me ANY sample that says the aluminum found at ground level is not natural aluminum. Liar!
