Changing the Clock to Standard Time

It always has been longer.

I am confused by your post as the clocks changed today the 31st.

They change next weekend -- I believe

Not for another 2 weeks in the US i think.

They change November 7th here.

Daylight Savings Time ends November 7th. Congress voted a couple years ago to sart it earlier and extend it. Most people agree that it should be this way or abolished.

I think they should end Daylight Savings Time in the UK and just stick to GMT.

They are trying to change it to be Daylight Savings Time in winter and Daylight Savings Time+1 in the summer so we have the same time as central Europe.

I think they don't want us looking up at the skies at night so they are making it stay light longer.

I don't EVER remember going back to standard time in November. It's fishy. How can it be standard when it's in force for the least number of months?

Oh boy, now they really got me confused. Why did we not change along with the UK? Stop messing with time!

Me too....they need to quit farking around with the times.

I think we should stay on Daylight Saving Time all year.

I like it going later, can sleep an hour longer before hunting.

Actually, the time has passsed since it was instated, so should be abolished now.

I don't know, but AOL changed THEIR clock overnight and it is STILL an hour slow. Better than a few weeks ago when they were a day fast, I guess.

Does anyone own a clock or watch that can keep time for more than a month? Seems im always re-setting the vcr or alarm clock.

Methinks that's their intent -- to keep us confused, off balance, out of sync with nature. Messing with our heads on purpose.

The Mayan calendar date of 12/21/2012 marks "the end of time as we know it" and we're already seeing the foreshadowings of that ... none of my clocks or watches will stay in synch either.

Actually I have a watch with a built in voice recorder (which is why I bought it) but it keeps amazing time also.

Only had to adjust it by one minute in two years.
