Were you looking up in the sky at the exact same time as the person who reported it? Oh wait, you were like 5 miles away from them anyways. When someone makes a report to MUFON they are not doing it for shits and giggles. So unless you were standing right next to this guy while he was walking his dog and looking up I doubt you would have seen it anyways.
