Fallout: New Vegas- Anyone playing it? I'm finally getting around to it.

Fallout 3 made me buy so many new pairs of underwear.

Not to patronize, but you should be spending your time getting ready for the real thing instead of playing games.

That said, yes I want the game and am a recovering counterstrike addict, but I've broke the habit and need to focus on what is real and coming.

i loved it!
used some cheats only because i didnt feel like walking for hours just to gain some experience points but other then that i played the entire thing. when i was done i used a map marker cheat to find everything i missed

i've had it since day of release Its so amazing!! I loved fallout 3 and this one is a lot like it!

If your playing it on xbox install it to the HD as it has quite long load times

I've got a new gaming rig and wanted to grab New Vegas and try it out -- but it requires a Steam account and a net connection for activation, and since I live in rural 1957 that's a no-go for me, dammit.

your only alternative is to download it yourself for free(dont you hate that?!) as a cracked game in wich you dont need a steam account (i got the same)

sucks when they force you to go against their rules... but they should have just made it availble without an internet connection anyway.. and the cracked version shows its possible

OK, enlighten me - assuming you are serious.

How does sitting there playing it train you?

Does it train you for combat? Much better games for that I am sure, call of duty, counterstrike, among others.

Does it teach you how to grow your own food?
