Because it is nearly noon!

Couldn't sleep. And I'm on the East coast. Almost easier to just stay up at this point...

Well I suppose you are an exception, then.

Tomorrow is a holiday, can't you sleep in late?

According to the stats, there are maybe 300 of us in this situation, I would not call it an exception though it is not the majority.

I'm an independent contractor these days, so no such thing as a holiday anymore. I might have to take a nap, though...

well I go to bed at around 6am every day. Just have gotten use to it

At work

Can't sleep

haven't slept properly in years

I'm up because ...Na Na Na Na Boo Boo...I don't have to go to work today. As a matter of fact, I don't have to go to work tomorrow either. As a matter of fact, I have been off since I got laid off last year.

No job, no money, no wife, no girlfriend, no life, no friends to hang with, no catching a beer after work, no gas, no money for food, no good times in the sack ...haven't been laid in GAWD forever, no dog, no cat, no plans, my house was foreclosed on, I've sent out enough resumes to wallpaper a paper mill, with No replies, no cell phone, no hope, no future ... BUT ...you'll never hear me complain about it.

We are children of the Night.

Well it's only eleven pm here.

But I have to get up at 4:30am for work so I should be in bed by now... Thing is I have an evening shift as well and it's so hard to wind down. I've had maybe 8 hours sleep in the last 6 days, and five of those hours occurred a couple nights, felt great too.

I just started this job this week and really hope my body adjusts because I sure as hell am not LOL :(
