They are protesting that Muslims, especially Muslin women not be required to submit to the TSA regulations that are supposed to keep us safe from terrorists (who are or have masqueraded as Muslims). They are not protesting the application of the TSA regulations as unconstitutional for the rest of us.

This is not going before Napolitano to "evaluate" Constitutionality in general, but rather to see if it applies specifically to Muslim women in traditional dress.

Anyone wearing a concealment should not be allowed to be in public, but that is a different issue.

This is not the first time that Muslims have requested and received exemptions to security regulations. A prime example is another GLP thread showing a TSA agent wearing a head veil that clearly camouflages her identity, being allowed to invasively search a nun who has her face and identity exposed.

Can you imagine if I, (as a Non-Muslim woman) showed up with a veil covering my face as I present my ID at an airport? If I refused to remove the headgear, so that I could be properly identified, I would probably be arrested on the spot, yet this woman is allowed to work for TSA sporting such identity concealing camouflage, simply because she is a Muslim.
What a joke the TSA is, but altering the rules to accommodate only Muslims are even more ridiculous.
