Yes as far as I could follow this ol guy it needs to have the suns rays at a strong angle to enable a nuke to even work.

K well I'm going to let this die I guess. Would say that if it's true we could figure out when it's even possible to have a false flag nuke happen and a forcast for same coast to coast.
