Beware of the Medical Mafia!! They will stop at nothing to crucify anyone who promotes actual prevention and cures. For them there is but one thing that matters:

Dandelion leaves are an excellent liver cleanser. You can buy teas made from dry leaves or just eat the fresh leaves if they're growing where you are. They taste very bitter at first but get less bitter over time (IMO less bitter taste indicates cleaner liver). Google dandelion leaf tea to see all the other benefits.

The best natural cleanser I know of (if you have extra money :) is something called chlorella. Again, awful taste but does the job (watch out for diarrhea at first ;)
