Here is a thought for you:

Could God have had the New Jerusalem Kingdom of God/Jesus calendar and government system in the beginning but not release it until current times for planetary management because humanity needed to go through a whole bunch of learning processes first?

Well, here's one for you too:

Was God just kidding when He said His ways are just and true, and that His instructions to us were to be kept forever, and that His ways will stand the test of time?

Did He EVER say that mankind was going to be the element that brought true peace, true justice and fairness to this whole world?

Seems to me He said that His eternal Son would be the unifier of all men and that all others were ROBBERS and LIARS and THIEVES of the flock. Now where did I read that?

And did He ever tell us that a man would usher forth the eternal city of New Jerusalem, a city ready made by the hand of God Himself, or that would descend from heaven at some point in the future?

Has the hand of man ever brought about any lasting fairness, peace, and justice? I haven't seen any evidence of it.

It all adds up, we are in need of our Savior, not another societal bandaid or utopia project, and nothing you bring to the table matches the criteria.

Interesting... Can you show us what each of the letters in the words "sin", "faith", "blasphemy" mean, according to this system of interpretation? I'm not a religious person, I'm just curious.

Thanks.

So you obviously are not saved yet. We already have a Saviour Messiah. Society just needs to apply the teachings of Jesus to their lives. If you did that then you would support the NJ Project. What else are you working towards? So accept Jesus as your saviour and then help build the New Jerusalem Kingdom of God/Jesus on Earth.

Re: For all your Bible quoters, check this out
It never ceases to amaze me how folks latch on to the New & Improved God of the Hebrews.

We have the simple message of the Bible written in English courtesy of God and Christian martyrs! Was that enough? No! We had to dump the rendering and go back to the original extant documents for New & Improved Hebrew or Greek translations courtesy of often ungodly scholars whose only claim to divine inspiration is the ability to read and write in foreign languages better than us!

Then there were the red-letter editions of the New Testament. No more soft spoken seamless messages for you. Now you can get your daily dose of Scripture by skipping context altogether and just eating the juicy chocolate center. Speed readers who have no real time for God will appreciate this feature!

Then we had and still have the newer translations in English. Shout! Shout! Get it all out! These are the things we can do without! C'mon! I'm talking to you c'mon! God goes to college and majors in contemporary English-speak. Yo my man, nowutimsayin? It ain't sin until the fat lady gets up to sing. Inup tuphupe bupegupinupnupinupgup, Gupedup cuprupeatupedup tuphupe hupevupenupsup anupdup tuphupe earuptuphup.

Then we got the Bible codes. Now there was a New & Improved subtext to the simple message of God that included both soap opera and doom! We're really rubbing elbows with the Eastern mystics, Hollywood film producers and YouTube jet set now!

Let's not forget the Bible aids: course, lectures, DVD's, Amazon books, prophets who profit, televangelists, God's blessing via the checkbook, crocodile tears on demand (there is even a Christian TV network called God On Demand).
And for all you drunkards out there who don't want to frequent a church, don't sweat it. We got you covered there with God on Tap churches sprouting up everywhere. God is convicting them right where they are but they ain't coming to OUR church so GOD must be doing SOMETHING wrong! It's up to us zealous Christians to go where they are and drink beer with them to win their trust and a cab ride home together!

Finally there is SDH! The BIOS of the now completely redacted and computerized God.

Oy, vay!

God once was a Person who wrote a book. Now he's just a fad and a marketing item sold in blister packs at the checkout counters of Wal-Mart!

chuckle

Other that the fact that meanings of words change over time, so newer more accurate renderings really do become necessary, I get your point.

If you are more comfortable with your KJV, go for it.

At any rate, keep on reading...
