I'm being tortured by people in the United States government who are using remote neural monitoring. I believe two of their names are Richard Paul Ormeno, and Matt Engelking. Both of these men live in Baltimore, Maryland. They talk to me in my head and tell me to confess to crimes I didn't commit. I say and think stupid stuff everyday and talk to the people everyday who are watching me outside my house. (They know it and repeat what I say and think, it doesn't have to be true.) (This technology is not flawless, people can think of anything they want and say anything they want.)
