Quantum K healing!!!! Just because this thread needs some attention :-) So earlier in the evening that I watched the QUantum K vid, I had worked out pretty hard at the gym. As I said -- when I watched it later that night I could feel my neck and back 'popping'. Quoting: tandym Wednesday I didn't feel much -- except that my neck was feeling better. Thursday I felt like I had been run over by a truck. Terrible stiffness in my arms, plus neck pain/stiffness, etc and I just felt like crap. I think this must have been part of the detox for me? Thursday however -- I woke up feeling better than I have in a long time. I slept GREAT. The Perfect amount of sleep and all soreness in my arms (they were so stiff the day before I could hardly reach for the phone while sitting at my desk at work)... all soreness was GONE. No neck pain to speak of. If I get a chance I am going to watch the vid again tomorrow. Just an update. For the last month or so I have been getting cramps & soreness in my legs (shins mostly, but also hips) and found that taking magnesium/potassium was helping to relieve that. I was taking two tabs of each twice a day. By the end of the day the cramps would act up and remind me to take my second 'dose'. Anyways I just realized yesterday that I haven't been taking my magnesium/potassium since last week Friday AT ALL. I had totally forgotten to take it at all and NO CRAMPS. Remember -- I have been suffering from these crampy aches for a couple of months, and it took me until about a month ago to find something to help alleviate them. And now suddenly I don't need the mineral boost anymore? Wow. I have also been feeling MUCH less doomy lately since I watched the vid. Anyone else? When he went to this new doctor (because the other one had no bedside manner) the new DR took some new x-rays and after looking at them said 'There's all kinds of healing going on in your foot!' and that's when he prescribed the 100lbs of weight/touch down, and air boot starting late next week! My husband has been taking vitamins, and earlier in his injury I was meditating over his foot, but it cannot be denied that Quantum K has sped his healing process up greatly :-D |
