It works!

Detoxification has begun.

After watching the program several times I sort of forgot about it. Then, a week or so later, a rash in the form of a band of pimples broke out above both my ankles and has been itching like hell.

I couldn't think what could have caused the rash until I remembered that I had a similar rash some years ago when I used another detox method.

So, except for itching, this is great!

Quantum K also seems to have cured me of my doom addiction as I've pretty well stopped visiting GLP.

The CD of the narrated version of the program arrived today. I've just listened to it and can report that the audio is much clearer than on the downloadable version.

What a wonderful voice he has.

The guy has to be some sort of paragon.
