Waaa! It's foggy and rainy! No Geminids for me. I only saw one, night before last--but it was a doozy. I'd certainly be game to shiver it out if the night was clear...I've done it before.

Nothing since. I guess that was the warmup. Came in to layer up & make some hot chocolate. Shoes too. I'm used to barefootin it in our climate here.

It's kinda cloudy here but I'm gonna go out in a bit to take a look...not sure if I'll be able to see any or not.

Had another pair of "twins." This time directly overhead.

I just came in and saw a few in the south as well!! I gotta get warm again.

Same. Things are really going to start poppin around 1 anyway.

i was just coming on to look and see if there was one tonight,

driving home from work i saw 10 really bright ones so i pulled over on a country road in 0 degree weather sat in the car and saw at least 45 in a hour

green flare looking ones, some really bright long streaking white ones

amazing, and they were falling in every direction except from west to east it seemed but that was behind me at times.

Saw a large orange 1/2 moon, no shooting stars/meteors however.

Saw the all night at work, now it is going pretty strong, awesome. Will put on boots for next trip out, my toes are chilled

Mine too!!!! I seen 6 of them in just a couple of minutes, i'm getting warmed up and hopefully things will really pick up now!!! yay:)

Ahhhhh....maybe they will start picking up for you in a few!!

I'm going to bundle up and get away from the city lights here in a couple of hours. Looking forward to it.

Im near Houston. The light pollution sucks but, within 45 minutes time I saw 5 or so fall...

Northeast Washington state here. It's just dumping rain and 40 degrees outside. I can't even look up, because of the huge rain drops pouring down. I don't know about the amazing meteors, but this weather is something to wonder about! It dumped 2 feet of snow last week and was minus 10 at Thanksgiving. Now this. WEIRD.

I have not had such a good nights sleep in a long time. I wake up in the morning when it is still dark.

Slept through the night last night, and missed it all.
