People always say we're we're reliving 1938/39, but this sort of thing was happening in the 1920s in Europe, too. So we we're not necessarily (I hope) right at the edge of the doom cliff quite yet.


yes but then again you must consider all the other facts...A superpower (US) is losing its power another is taking its place (china) a third wants it (Israel) and hates or fear the fourth (Iran) but the new power (china) loves the fourth and hates the First that supports the third...

So we have middle east "peace" on standby, and the risk for a middle east war is imminent...a war on the korea peninsula is imminent, the war on terrorism is in full blow, a finance crisis that gets deeper, Europe burning, WikiLeaks stir things Up....India deploying soldier on the chinese borders...russia military on high alert

We are actually overdue. We have had an unprecedented period of prosperity and growth that has delayed the inevitable cycle. However human population growth has now caught up with the prosperity growth and now we will tear it all down. However things are not so bad. If we kill one third of human kind on this cycle, there will still be more than twice as many people alive as at the end of WWII.

Neither, these riots represent the human reaction to a collapsing monetary system.

Think about it, the system is in a state of collaps witch is why governments have to make cut backs and borrow money, it's why FED and ECB are buying tons of financial toiletpapper etc. The effects of this collaps affects ordinary people and even if they may not fully understand all the whys and hows of the collaps (i don't at least) they still understand that they are not the one to be punished for the collapse, that's why they are rioting.

Will this lead to a revolution? I hope so, i don't think there is any other way to fix the problems with the collaps, the TPTB are obviously trying to save the system, not the people.

The big problem is really, how the hell do we stop the system from collapsing? If we don't, things will only get more chaotic, no matter how charismatic the leader is, or witch side he stands on, if he doesn't change the system things will continue to deteriorate, i don't mean just in the politics, roads, hospitals, schools, if there is no money, no credit, then things will get a lot worse.

Were in this boat for quite a ride i think, it will take some years still, expect things to get worse before they get better and don't be afraid to fight for it!

im watching how they use the petrol bombs. here's a tip for full carnage. have everyone carry water ballons filled with fuel. all you need is a couple with actual fire. once the fire is thrown then everyone throws their water ballons at the same time/location into the area with fire. that would be a mess.
