There is no need to say anything and for the record, I am a female who chose not to have children and the years of my marriage are testament that I have been a good wife and supportive partner. I was merely trying to let you know that you and your family should be proud of your father, as many others probably inherently cruel and should be remembered as the sadistic monsters they were.
Glad that you have had a good marriage.
I honestly do not understand cruelty and am always deeply saddened when I hear of parents being cruel.

I jumped in to take my mother to a doctor and all the self-centered bastard could balk about was what I would do for him it was always about him.
