Don't eat trans fat, sugar and white flour. Eat lots of fresh veggies. Use honey. Take fish oil, B vitamins and lots of vitamin D3.

Trans fat destroys liver enzymes that make vitamin D3 so until the the trans fat leaves the body which takes a year you need to take vitamin D3.

He should be off the meds in 6 months.
