You don't know me. You do not know my life experience. If you were there, and you are alive, be thankful! Don't try to make excuses for corrupt, negligent, individuals within my reach. Just because someone has to suffer, a few days, does not make it worth taking lives with disregard. If it was so damn unbearable for those of you that were there that are fluffing your damn feathers...you should have commited suicide! You obvisouly thought that your life was worth living even if you had to struggle for a time...afford that to others that died in agony, under the neglectful care of inept caregivers.

The hospital should have been evacuated before the storm. Why don't you fuss about that?

As an able-bodied single person who grew up in this city in an old house with no AC, I was prepared for the heat.

A modern hospital with windows that don't even open is no place to ride out a storm.

Anna Pou is not the problem. The administrators who chose not to clear everyone out of that building before the storm are the problem.

They probably were. They made killing look too easy, didn't they.

These hospitals are ran by the knights of malta. The same thing happened to the seventh day adventist hospitals. Even tho the church teaches the papacy is the antichrist the hospitals are filled with catholic doctors. That's who's responsible for the bad cancer treatments and vaccinating the babies.

Pou, is, and was only 1...one....person, out of a multitude to blame for the shortcommings of this facility. I never said to charge Pou with the murder's of all those that were euthanized. Pou is but one of the responsible parties.

Hospitals, are there to provide emergency relief. You do not want to go to a hospital during a distaster, and find a sign at the door that says.."We are sorry, however the Emergency Room is temporarily closed due to an Emergency"...do you?

ITA with you. I havent been to a dr in two years and only went at that time because I fell off a cliff while climbing and broke my arm. Can you give more info about natures pharmacy? Info is hard to find!

I agree. Lets see you watch people suffer in agony with no way to relieve their pain. It is difficult to watch an animal die slowly, but so much more with a human.

OP, You call what happened there a "power outage", really?You ought to be ashamed of yourself, you a sorry excuse for typical Monday morning quarteback exclaiming your anger and hatred for a horrible tragedy in the hstory of this country in which some people (not all ran home to their families, some stayed with their patients)found themselves in dire need of helping dying patients without incoming assistance, they made decisions ON BEHALF of these patiets and you and other whining scum want their heds.

Tomas, I cannot begin to imagine what went on in that hospital under such horrible circumstances. I don't think I want to imagine it! All I can do is try to imagine what I hope I would do under those conditions or, rather, what I hope my physician would do on my behalf or behalf of my loved ones under those conditions.

If these doctors went around euthanizing their patients as an act of mercy for the patients who wouldn't otherwise survive and were suffering, that is one thing. However, as I image you're right in your assessment, if they killed them out of their own frustration and inability to cope, then they should be held accountable! Doctors should be capable of handling emergencies, even prolonged ones, with a more level head than these exhibited. I would not want to be under their care EVER should the unthinkable happen again...and it probably will.

I wonder if they aren't "turned a blind eye" because those in power secretly applaud their "killing spree". They probably didn't have their medical license revoked as an encouragement to "keep up the good work"! Too bad their current patients probably aren't apprised of their doctor's "medical history" or they would seek a new physician!
