It has been rumored that Aliens have an active base in LEH,India.Indian govt. does not let any civilian trespass that
area. There is tactile understanding between GOI,Aliens and chinese for operation of base and any information regarding it is suppressed.It is generally the the buzz in highly classified indian space scientist that the information regarding it will be give after earth becomes member of galactic council in 2012.
