There is a meme going around that the Kinect is a big brother spy device, based on the updated EULA that comes with the recent Live update.

I have read the whole thing in context, I don't think it implies MS is going to be recording video and audio to the device and storing it on their servers... it's more a fair warning that another user may use the communications features to record you, and also that it is inherently not a secure communication protocol.

If you are a normal person, I wouldn't worry.

But think of Xbox Live and other services like that as a very public medium.

I'm a little concern about the pictures and being live on the Internet too . . . But I don't think you can escape the government sooooo have a good time until they coming knocking at your door. We got one too this year and it's the most fun our family has had together at home for a long time. Very realistic movements
