Any advice for alcohol withdrawals?
Last night I had this revelation that I drink waaay to much, I was pretty much drunk everyday for the last 10 days, like black out drunk. I've decided to stop kidding myself and admit I have a problem. I've been drinking heavily for the last few years, and I'm young.
Alcohol effects me differently than other people, if I have one drink I wont stop until I pass out.
So I spoke with my friends last night and everyone was so happy that I want to stop and supports me completely.
I know I'm going to have to suffer through this, but any advice to make it easier would be appreciated.

Good luck--you can do it! I'd see a doc, tell them what's going on, get a checkup, and see if there's any supplements you need or anything that can help you. Do you think you've drunk enough to suffer DT's?

2. Start smoking Cannabis for 2 weeks

Please note that there has never been a GLP ask for advice thread posted before, where dozens of replies list ineffective things

this happens 100% of the time because the pinnacle of the Kali-Yuga is that everyone is fake and programmed with anti-truth

thats why if you look at, say 5000 GLP threads asking for health advice, all 5000 out of 5000 will contain ineffective and wrong replies.

its the age of confusion and everything incorrect.

About 10 days into alcohol withdrawals, you can suffer from seizures. For that reason, it's best to detox with some medical supervision.

For motivational help, I recommend the book "Get Up!" by Bucky Sinister, a slam poet and undergraound comedian. Lots of practical advice and it's just plain funny. I'm a "Normie" in his terms (although trained as an alcohol and drug counselor) and I read it periodically just for a laugh.

Like i said, people will reply with things either ineffective or that will make you much worse

cannibis will make you much worse and AMPLIFY alcohol withdrawal

remember, in the Kali Yuga, the population is programmed with anti-truth and then say its truth.

So, are you trying to be sarcastic and saying its not true that 100% of all GLP ask threads have incorrect replies?

do you think its good that 100% of GLP threads have incorrect replies, or would you say it is a sign of mass confusion and the kali yuga?

Try the forums here. There is support for 12 step programs and if you don't like that (it isn't for everyone) there is secular recovery.

Free and lots of good advice, I suggest you post your questions and concerns there rather than GLP~!

It looks like you have gottem through the most difficult part already- recognizing that you want to quit and ready to do something about it.
