I love the order of how you put everything together but the government is NEVER on scene for a natural disaster so expect the disaster to occur after the exercises are over with, many weeks later, so your timeline is off.

I would suspect a late November date, just after Thanksgiving.

I live in North Central Missouri and if the fissure found in the above links are as mentioned, if HAARP "lights up" and an earthquake commences from the New Madrid fault, would there be any repercussion along this "fault" from St Joseph? This is all very interesting.

Basically there would be two spacecraft , about 400 kms apart, with instrumentation on board that will study the ionosphere,from above.
What we are looking for is the signatures in the ionosphere which are precursors to earthquake phenomena and volcanic phenomena.

It does always seem that exercises/drills are taking place simultaneously as the real events, doesn't it? Latest is the fact that FEMA was in New Zealand prior to their latest earthquake. They were also in New York the day BEFORE 9/11.

They were conducting one around Haiti the day they had their strike.

7/7/2005 in the UK had its drills on that fateful day, as did 9/11/2001 (Vigilant Guardian).

The ShakeOut will focus on how to protect yourself during earthquakes and to get prepared. The ShakeOut already has more than 880,000 registered participants.

Another exercise, the National Level Exercise 2011, will be May 16-20, 2011. Coordinated by of the Central US Earthquake Consortium, the purpose of National Level Exercise 2011 (NLE 2011) is to prepare and coordinate a multiple-jurisdictional integrated response to a national catastrophic event – specifically a major earthquake in the central United States region of the New Madrid Seismic Zone (NMSZ).

NLE 2011 will involve thousands of government officials at the federal, state, local and tribal levels, members of the private sector, and the general public. Participants will conduct simultaneous, related exercise activities at command posts, emergency operation centers and other locations in the Washington D.C. area and the eight affected central U.S. states (Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee). The functional exercise will offer agencies and jurisdictions a way to validate their plans and skills in a real-time, realistic environment and to gain the in-depth knowledge that only experience can provide.

Actually there were dozens of 3-4 km shallow quakes all in the same place Arkansas right on the fault line over the last 12 days. Noone seems to have reported anything out of the ordinary. All in the 2.5 - 4.5 Richter range.

Interesting to note is the United States Army announced last week that it is holding a rare training event involving the US Military, the CIA, Canadian officers, US Treasury and State departments, the US Agency for International Development, the Defense Threat Readiness Agency and the International Red Cross between March 21-25 at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and which should the worst happen they will certainly be prepared for it.

When the New Madrid fault is triggered by HAARP there is also a branch fault zone that runs off it and that could be triggered as well. Due to HAARP, the destabilizing of the Gulf of Mexico seafloor bed, and what could result. If you destabilize the sea floor in the gulf (BP oil spill) then totally collapse the sea floor (with a nuke), and then use HAARP to activate weak areas of the New Madrid and its branch line the Wabash Valley.

Then you can create a dreaded double mega quake. Because the New Madrid and Wabash Valley can be activated by the Caribbean plate being disturbed. The Wabash Valley could be set off by HAARP targeting its parent fault zone the New Madrid. Wabash Valley could produce a 7.5 in Illinois with the same variables as New Madrid. Meaning that a 7.5 there is much stronger than a 7.5 anywhere else.

If the US military were to set off a nuke now, at the BP oil cap, and then were to put HAARP into kill mode at New Madrid, we are talking about something that is biblical in nature. We are talking about something equivalent to a 10.2 earthquake if it happened in California, Chile, Alaska, Cascadia, Indonesia.

We are talking about a quake cluster sequence that could destroy even the Great Lakes region and that could flood the entire center of the US and that could permanently split North America into two separate islands.

New Madrid fault is sitting on a failed rift valley! Mississippi River flows on this rift zone. A place where the North American continent almost split into two pieces. BP has been drilling, punctured a hole in the rift on the edge of the seismic zone in the Gulf. Convenient timing, they are starting up the stories again about the oil leaking from fractured sea floor. Wake Up... I posted your video in a thread earlier. No comments at all.. but 46 or so views and 5 stars..... so maybe the info is getting out. I considered it an amazing bit of info. Please get with (G) or (J) enny again soon. The lady is very knowledgeable and I can't wait to hear what the two of you come up with next. I do so appreciate your time and dedication in bringing this info to the attention of all who care to listen. I have sent your material to all on my contact list. Do you have any idea at all about how South America is intended to fare in this well thought out and instigated attack by the ass holes in charge. I have a friend who was cautioned to move his family out of the country in five years... 11 years ago. He wishes he had paid attention. Most of the guys in the know are either in hiding, underground, or croaked. There seems to have been an exodus to the far South.
