Offer Upgrade  User ID: 1116423  United States01/05/2011 07:58 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | ...Came into work and turned on the radio, and there they were, these two "generic" characters talking about how the price of food hasn't increased but rather, inflation by lowering the sizes of the food. They went through a pretty hefty list of different food items that have gone up over the past year... Not necessarily the PRICES went up but the sizes went DOWN, which in essence IS a price increase if you think about it. You might see that your cereal is still $4.50 but did you notice that maybe that bag is a little emptier than normal??? I was just caught off-guard for an "easy-listening" station from New York to be talking about something like this early in the morning. Maybe in about 6 months they'll hopefully start talking about all the birds/fish dying.  Everyone dies, but not everyone lives. :moranrico::Rico::moranrico: |
