too stupid to understand what?

like i said in an above post, i believe what he is doing is to the best of his ability to do so within the limits that he has, time, knowlege, energy etc

there is only so much time in a day and it may take some more time before we could say that he is not doing enough or doing it to the satisfaction of those that think they are so much more in the know of what is going on in the world...he may know way more than is able to be presented in an alotted time and may have good reasons and for all we know, he may know more than those that think they are so in the know...time will tell

perhaps those ones that think they are so much more in the know than him should be sure that they are doing all they can to make a difference too
