OBAMA has many problems facing him. The biggest one is that he only has one choice left. Resign as President. ANYTHING else would prove to be a nighmare. The Surpreme Court know this because they have a sitting president who from a Constitutional stand-point is not qualified to be president and has signed unlawfully many bills and Executive Orders into law. This could be disastrous for the whole country.

Oh good lord. I am so tired of idiots that are unaware of how and why the Framers of the Constitution used the term "natural born"; it was defined by Law of Nations that was the "best seller" of the time.


Natural born IS defined in de Vattel treatise titled "The Law of Nations or The Principles of Natural Law" which was used by the founders as a framework for the Constitutional language. Here is the subsection that defines citizenship, in Book One, Chapter 19.

Until the court releases an official record, this is all just wishful thinking. We have a much better chance impeaching him for various violations of his oath of office. Even that would likely get no further than Bill Clinton's impeachment. The House has the numbers to impeach him, but the Senate lacks the balls or any sense of honor and justice to actually remove him.

Don't get me wrong. We should absolutely press to have him removed from office, but there just aren't enough people with honor and integrity left in the Washington District of Criminals to get that done.

BTW, all U.S. citizens that question Mr. Obama's legitimacy to hold the office of President of the United States based on the circumstances of his birth are not recists.

One can question the legitimacy of a man without that questioning being based on his race whatsoever.

The Americans who question Mr. Obama's legitimacy do so because Mr. Obama has not been forthright in proving his legitimacy.

It is but a simple thing to make public the vault (original) version of his birth certificate which is still something mr. Obama refuses (or is unable) to do.

However, even if Mr. Obama did make public the vault (original) version of his birth certificate, nothing can change the fact that at birth Mr. Obama was a British citizen and that precludes Mr. Obama from being a "natural born" American citizen.

Mr. Obama clearly does not meet the requirements stated in the U.S. Constitution for one who is eligible to hold the Office of President of the United States.

This is not a statement made out of racial prejudice, it is simply a statement of fact that is based on federal policy and that is decreed in our nation's official governance document, the U.S. Constitution.

Oxford English Dictionary is not a legal dictionary. What does Black's Law Dictionary state? Does it reference de Vattel's Law of Nations that a natural born citizen is a child born of TWO citizen parents? Thus, since Daddy was never a US citizen Junior cannot be a natural born citizen.

May also want to check on the whole naming him after his dad because Daddy was Muslim and the Muslim faith prohibits naming the child the same name as the father. Just sayin'.
