Coincidence or secret symbol? I'll let you decide.

Look at the emblem on the nazi officer's peaked cap in the lower left of the video. I know that that is supposed to be an eagle with its wings and legs spread above a shield, but at a distance, it looks not only like a reptillian humanoid face, but like the infamous face on Mars. Could this just be a trick of the light? I somehow doubt it. The resemblance is too close. See below for what I believe is confirmation.
