Babbling is PERFECTLYacceptable, sweeite, and a big <<HUG>> right back!

I would DEFINITELY get a second opinion, and a third, until you feel COMFORTABLE that you have the right information. We're lucky, in that our vet is AWESOME, and he really cares about his patients, AND their families. His wife is also his partner in practice, and she actually came to the house when we had to put down our Akita-Chow cross. She agreed that Nikita would be happier just nodding off at home with us...

And I totally hear you about the dogs being as important as anyone else. I would be LOST without them, even the damn cat, LOL. But my dogs are just... necessary (and spoiled, too! LOL)

Get the second opinion, definitely. And in my experience, when you hear the vet telling you the RIGHT things, you'll know it, because it will just make sense to YOU, know what I mean?

Thanks darlin! Wow, I'd love to see a pic of your Akita Chow mix. The one we lost that I still mourn horribly was a Chow Shep mix but....pic here I think:

I still miss her every day. FFS.

Anyway...

I just do not feel comfortable with one of the vets in that office, otherwise they are FANTASTIC...
This is a just such big deal to me. Also, this is the vet that treated my baby after her accident and subsequently died while I transported her to an emergency hosptial.... sooooooo no warm fuzzies for this fucker!

The practice in general is EXCELLENT though... except for this particular vet not being good with humans. IDK.

Gypsy is coming across entirely fine, I'm the one that is freaking out, she's just laying at my feet all smiles.

LOL... fucking dogs. AND!..she has been on hardcore antibiotics for her bladder infection for a week now, so she's a bit tired. Otherwise, this new injury is not disturbing her much. IDK.

I will just take it day by day. It's really hard with how much I work though. I'm like a distraught mommy. No other way to describe it.

Thank you again for all of your kind words and help Tux. Really means alot. xoxo
