In a way, it makes it even more newsworthy because of the aforesaid, but it's a tiny country. However, according to news in Germany, same things have been going on to somewhat lesser extent in Algeria, and that would be big. I am just posting this because I thought days ago, when Helmut from GLP posted this, that it was common knowledge as it was in German MSM, but a lot of people in the US didn't know about it.
