Some of the answers you can answer with a bit of common sense, but admittedly, the answers (questions?) are phrased pretty badly; for example, the flood question? What's a benefit. So I was forced to choose because the insurance wouldn't cover it (which is extremely likely!).

The Electorial College caught me by surprise, because I figure an 'elitism' institute electng a president is pretty undemocratic. Very much so. The College term is also a grand misnomer. If they don't study, why it a College?
