My Gosh... FAILED? Like less than 60% score? 3/4 of them failed?

They should be removed from office if they cannot pass a civics examination. I have to take a big-ass test to have my State professional license and if I fail, no license.
And I have decision to spend maybe $250k a year.
They have decision to spend $4 TRILLION a year.
