Maybe i jumped the gun on that one.. But i still think Loughner's mugshot was messed with.

This is in regards to Salzgeber. He volunteered for her campaign just after her office door was smashed in March of last year. He also claims a phoned invitation was the reason he was there. Maisch makes a similar claim as to her presence there, as did the late judge Roll.

It's natural to have questions. Most people would have them if they thought about what happened. It may have happened in a minute or less. That's the impression I got from reading some of the press. Much of what the bystanders did was by reflex. Nobody had a lot of time to think, observe, and detail what was going on at the time. Without photos or video footage it would be real hard to reconstruct what happened based on the eyewitness reports. The details that might clear up some of your questions are being held back by the officials Much more information will be presented at the trial. Until then, all one can do is speculate.

I'm sure it was a chaotic scene with people panicing and running in many directions. Propbably people thought they saw all kinds of things that might not have even happened. So please take that into account. For example, suppose you heard gunshots and screams, and saw a man with a gun run by heading south? You'd probably think that's the shooter -- but what if it was just another guy who was there who coincidentally happened to have a gun (not so implausible in a state like Arazona) and pulled it naturally when he heard the shots. I'm not sayin that's what happened, but it seems more likely to me that witnesses were confused or in some kind of shock themselves rather than there being this baroque conspiracy.

Just look at Loughner's videos and writings...the guy is batshit insane.

I find the "lone nut" character rather baroque, now that you mention it. I don't find the idea of setting up a patsy to take a fall for a political murder to be anything other than mundane. It's happened over and over again throughout history.



You might ask yourself why that stuff is still online, given that Loughner's Myspace account was terminated. It quite likely the police anticipate somebody else possibly logging on to those accounts. The video produced by the junior college where Loughner was walking around the school talking shit was very different than any of the inane rantings attributed to Loughner on the YouTube channel. The flag burning video is almost certainly not Loughner. That flag was burned the way a soldier would burn it. Notice the person in the video went to great lengths to demonstrate the flag was worn and tattered before he burned it.

I still think Loughner was setup big time, pumped full of drugs, brain-washed and completely manipulated. Maybe in 10 or 20 years his memory will come back to him and people will just say he's even more nuts and just wants out of prison.. Well who the eff doesn't want out of prison, but the memory blockers taking that long to ware off seems familiar to me, just not sure from where.

This is a comment made by Daniel Hernandez following the FBI taking over the investigation. If the FBI intimidating witnesses? Hernandez says he's not going to talk about the shooting because of the "investigation", yet the same day we have Zamudio, Badger and Maisch giving television interviews describing their participation in this crime. Salzgeber figures high in all those accounts but he's peculiarly unwilling to talk about his role. So it would seem only some of the participants are allowed to talk about the shooting.
