And of course no attempt has been made even with this laughable video to match the "eyewitness" accounts.

An aide of Giffords said Judge Roll was shot first in an early interview. Then Giffords.

Even in later interviews Barber was supposedly in conversation with Judge Roll when the shooting broke out.

Now they show him running over like superman to block the shot? Not a table anywhere near by. And no attempt to show what everybody else was doing on tape.

Oh, that's right it was with the shooter "offscreen" reportedly.

This is insulting to say the least.
We just got collectively bitchslapped.

Re: Loughner's defense
Peculiar reaction of Giffords coming out of her coma from a popular british news service:

"Gillibrand said that Giffords's husband, Mark, then urged his wife to give a 'thumbs up' if she could see him.

'And so we're waiting and we're waiting … And then instead of giving the thumbs up, she literally raises her whole arm like this. It was unbelievable. And then she reaches out and starts grabbing Mark and is touching him and starts to nearly choke him – she was clearly trying to hug him ... it was such a moment. And we were just in tears of joy watching this and beyond ourselves, honestly,' said Gillibrand."

Clearly trying to hug him? From the description offered here it sounds like a scene from a horror movie, the helpless wife laying in bed and unable to speak, the husband who killed her standing over her gloating. Okay, maybe a little melodramatic, but nearly choking him? That's a little intense.

Biker gangs guarding funerals:

"A biker group called the ‘Tucson Angels’ is prepared to guard the funerals of the victims of Saturday’s horrific shooting rampage, after a fundamentalist group vowed to protest the events."

[link to www.examiner.com]

Oh, "Tucson Angels", I wonder what bike club those boys belong to. :|

"On Tuesday, Arizona Governor Jan Brewer signed a law, which makes it a crime to protest within 300 feet of a funeral. The legislation was quickly prepared by state lawmakers after the Westboro threat. Anyone breaking the new law could face up to six months in prison and a fine of $2,500."

Shocker, the biker gangs and the law are on the same side of this issue. I wonder how they define "protest". If a peaceful assembly is protest, won't the biker boys be breaking the law?

"The threat has outraged thousands of people who plan to fend off the picketers. In addition, hundreds of people are planning to dress in white and hold a large set of angel wings to block the views of the funeral from any protestors."

Ah, so that's who those people wearing the angel wings are, they're part of the security teams guarding the funerals. I have to say that is the most brilliant fucking thing I think I've ever heard in my life, and I thought that was just a bunch of old biddies acting stupid and sentimental. Holy fuck what an operation! Bikers, police, the FBI and old ladies all on the same side.

Look, dickhead, just fuck off, seriously. This is the United States where this happened, in the United States people are presumed innocent until evidence proves them guilty, they are not required to prove their innocence, they're given the benefit of any doubt. If you don't like that, go take over the country and be a dictator. Or rather get in line to be the next one, good luck.

In any case, everyone who's been accused of a crime deserves a competent defense. For the most part I see EVERYONE, competent, incompetent and indifferent, just assuming that because the lying media whores and the lying pigs tell us Loughner did this, that it must be true. If you base your beliefs on the bizarre and implausible stories fed to you by a literal conspiracy of liars, it's going to bite you in the ass one of these days.

Re: Loughner's defense
What I find to be the most disappointing about this present situation is I've been the victim of attempted frame-ups by the police, you have to fight VERY HARD just to avoid more punishment than they inflict in the legal process of gaining an acquittal. In my case it involved several years of regular court appearances, a jury trail to gain an acquittal, then a further identical charge filed only to harass and under which I endured more years of court appearances, at the end of which my lawyer told me the prosecutor was dismissing it because he "knows it's garbage".

In my jury trial there were THREE jailors and the HUSBAND OF THE PROSECUTOR who filed the charges against me in the first 20 pulled off the first page of the jury pool. The remainder of the jury pool was dismissed before selection started. So out of about thirty names supposedly randomly selected, I got 3 jailors + 1 husband of the prosecutor in my jury pool. My lawyer was kind enough to ask what they all did for a living, and promptly had them all thrown off.

I told them once the second charge was filed if anything like that ever happened to me again I'd go to the media and sue the county. Suddenly I stopped having to appear at my court dates and was offered a plea which I told them to shove up their ass. Some time after that the prosecutor "discovered" that the charge was all bullshit in the first place and the courts had been used to harass me. I was the victim and I had to suffer through years of this shit and a jury trail in between.

So I know these mother fuckers are all crooked sons of bitches who will lie, cheat, steal and kill for each other. There's no way the local sheriff is going to admit letting a team of professional killers walk due to lack of evidence from a totally botched investigation. The police fell for this magic trick, I didn't. They fell for the magic trick in both the criminal charges against me, I didn't. Just from what these assholes ARE saying we KNOW they fucked up the whole investigation and have basically no usable evidence except the videos.

If my guess is correct, the videos ONLY seem to show what's described because of the massive power of suggestion, over a week of wall-to-wall blaming Loughner and flashing his "crazy" picture up, and the FBI narrators present during the viewing of the videos planting ideas in the repeaters (reporters) heads.

Re: Loughner's defense
I've been approaching this crime as if it's a puzzle and we only get a few pieces at a time. When you're putting a puzzle together like that, you can't say what the puzzle will look like once it's finished. As you get more and more pieces you can begin to say what it does NOT look like. You can say, there's no room in this corner for more pieces, so in this corner, there's no room for speculations raised about pieces we don't have yet. That's why I titled this thread Loughner's defense. Right from the very beginning the details that trickled out all pointed away from Loughner. It looked to me like a setup. I've really seen no evidence to date that contradicts that.

Maybe this isn't the best way to find out what happened, I don't know, if anyone else has any analysis or methods to present, now would be a good time. I for one won't be convinced of Loughner's guilt until I see convincing video.

Interesting "reenactment" stuff going on in Tucson:

"Dillinger Days 2011, marking the 77th anniversary of John Dillinger's capture here, is being altered out of respect for those injured and killed in the Jan. 8 attack at U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords' "Congress on Your Corner" event.

...

'Because of the events of last weekend, they are doing away with the gunfight,' Metz said. 'They're going to have the Dillinger capture, but no guns will be fired.'

...

According to most accounts, Dillinger was betrayed by Anna Sage, a Romanian prostitute who became famous as 'the woman in red.'"

[link to azstarnet.com]

I guess this event was enough gunfire for the month, so they skipped it in the Dillinger capture "reenactment". Man those people out west sure do obsess on shit for a long time. Must be the heat.

This bit struck me as well, Dillinger was supposedly betrayed by a prostitute. If you wanted to get pictures of a 22 year old kid like Loughner wearing a g-string and holding a Glock next to his dick, how would you do it? I know how I'd do it. I'd hire a prostitute to start banging him on a regular basis in a local motel. The night before the shooting, have her talk him into posing for the pictures. Have her say "oh that was so sexy the way you thwarted that dumb bitch with your brilliant question, you should go lay it on her again today, come back and tell me all about it while I blow you". If you really want to belabor the point, murder the prostitute with Loughner's jizz still between her teeth and skin under her nails, then dump the body in a wash, as soon as they find it he takes the fall for that as well.

And it's that simple. That's how you set up a patsy. There are a million variations of this, but let's face it, if the guy had a car, why go to a motel room for the night? A guy will sleep in a car at the drop of a hat, no problem, sleep right there in the driver seat with his foot on the gas, am I lying? Am I the only one who remembers 22? Loughner was porking somebody at that motel, without a doubt.

You have to stay on point.

You were doing pretty good there for awhile.
Why not stick to making observations like:

Hey the bag they found containing more ammo and a receipt?
Why would he keep a receipt? Was he planning on returning it? Nobody would keep a receipt. A diaper bag? He would have had to transfer the receipt from the shopping bag or his pocket to the diaper bag along with ammo. Makes no sense.

How did trained investigators who searched the area for 4 days miss what a neighbor who found it said was just sitting in plain sight within walking distance?

Now doesn't that just reek of planted evidence?

"What is so unfair, you might rightly ask here, about accurate stories that describe factual events? Criminal defendants lose control of their lives in a million ways, why shouldn't vibrant coverage of news surrounding their alleged crimes be just another one of those ways? And especially here, where there doesn't appear to be a shadow of a doubt, let alone a reasonable doubt, about who pulled the trigger? If Loughner's on the tape, Loughner's on the tape."

[link to www.theatlantic.com]

This article is about a looming gag order on coverage of the event and the trial, so we may see a media blackout punctuated by brief descriptions of his series of court appearances. His family and friends all seem to be convinced he did it, even though nobody can understand why, so he's unlikely to get any contact with people outside the legal system.

For all intents and purposes he is now dead to the world. That's how fast somebody's life can be taken away and 300 million people can be convinced in 2 weeks that you're guilty.

Given the nature of the victims and the brutality and apparent senselessness of the crime, one should be able to expect a more rigorous and logical investigation of this crime from the media and more cooperation from the police regarding the available evidence. Instead we're left with endless recounting of a few simple stories told by a tiny handful of people, all of whom were piled on top of Loughner before the smoke was cleared, before people had even realized they'd been shot, in many cases. It's not a surprise, it's expected from these lying media whores and criminal police.

More on partial brain transplants:

"An arguably more reasonable scenario is a partial brain transplant involving only enough tissue to provide key memories and a sense of continuity of identity. A fairly large but indeterminate amount of the brain is devoted to processing and controlling sensory, motor, and autonomic functions such as vision, olfaction, movement, appetite, etc.; transplanting these portions is likely to be difficult and, if the goal is to transfer memories and/or identity, unnecessary.

...

In 1982 Dr. Dorothy T. Krieger, chief of endocrinology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, achieved notable success with a partial brain transplant in mice. A partial brain transplant would accomplish essentially the same goal — movement of a person's 'identity' from one body to another — and thus qualify as a whole-body transplant no less than a full brain transplant. As Dr. Krieger demonstrated, barriers to accomplishing this feat might be much lower than transplantation of the entire brain."

[link to secure.wikimedia.org (secure)]

This article on wikipedia explains the key aspects of partial brain transplant. The "donor" of the brain to be transplanted would leave a living person who to all appearances had been lobotomized.

"According to ABC News, Giffords will be transported to The Institute for Rehabilitation and Research at the Memorial Hermann health system in Houston, which specializes in brain injuries.

Neither University Medical Center in Tucson, Ariz., where Giffords was taken immediately after the shooting, nor the rehab center would confirm the transfer plans.

The Institute is one of 16 centers across the country that have been designated as Traumatic Brain Injury Model Systems, a federally-funded program focused on research and care for patients with brain injury.

The Houston center has been part of the project since 1987."

[link to www.medpagetoday.com]

Giffords has been transfered to one of the premier brain surgery centers on the planet, funded by federal grants, they study brain damage and perform experimental surgeries.

Giffords' wife is an astronaut. Is Giffords going to be exploring uncharted territory as well?

"'The procedure itself did require a craniotomy. That's opening a window in the skull. IT did require that we remove some of the rim of that eye socket so we could work back in that space, remove those bone fragments and take the pressure off,' said Dr. Lemole.

'We actually reconstructed that roof with a metal mesh and then were able to close up,' Dr. Lemole added.

That mesh is permanent."

[link to www.kold.com]

So they took out parts of her skull above her eye sockets and replaced them with a wire mesh. They could have certainly helped themselves to any frontal lobe brain matter while they were in there. This is a quite ghoulish possibility to consider, that parts of Giffords' brain could now be resting inside the skull of a 9 year old girl.

It's unclear if the parts of the child's brain to be replaced would be put into the adult body, but of course that's probably not necessary. Has a child's memories and personality been stuffed into Giffords' body? I suppose if you wanted to you could install some remote control apparatus to guide the donor body once its mind is gone. Would such an apparatus involve a wire mesh embedded in the skull?

Curious mention of "Brain Transplant" in regards to political change:

"
1. All politics are local and no ethnic group or faith is monolithic
2. Religious and ethnic politics as an agent of positive change and as a tool for an effective governing, stability and prosperity is a waste of time
3. Positive change comes only as a result of Home Grown Alliance; not as a result of Brain Transplant. Transplanted brain is prone to rejection by the body in an instant. Even if it is not rejected in an instant, it sure will be on life support. There is no record of a body with Brain Transplant walking and thinking straight on its own; ever. Believing otherwise is an illusion.
4. Whenever there is a change in government, we will know in a split second who is most likely to be happy and who is not.

Apparently this Safeway was not in Tucson city limits, it was actually in Casa Adobes. Zamudio and his mom claim they were at Beyond Bread, there isn't a Beyond Bread within five miles of that Safeway. Maybe it's a new one. Zamudio's mom's art gallery is also several miles away.

"'Don't you leave me, Christina-Taylor Green. Don't you die on me,' Hileman told the little girl in her best do-as-I-say-or-you'll-be-in-trouble mom voice.

Christina-Taylor had been shot in the chest. The two lay side by side, looking into each other's eyes.

'Those eyes, those beautiful eyes,' Hileman says.

Later, she would write in her blog, 'I know that it is possible to watch the light go out of another person's eyes. I do not know if it is possible to live with that knowledge. I do know that I will try.'"

I'm not buying any of this woman's bullshit. She's either very emotional, sentimental and stupid or this is all just bullshit stories.
