It is said it shows JLL shooting the congresswoman and Judge Roll.. But it is said he is out of frame for the other shootings. Reports said all shell casing had been accounted for, I believe. They are seeking his motivation; Aside from saying he was a crazy person; so it could be they are treating him as a proxy for a person who planned the shootings. That person could have manipulated JLL is some way to commit the shootings, perhaps. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 343019I've got another thread going regarding this issue: Thread: Loughner's defense In that thread I detail many conflicts between what the media is saying and what the witnesses say. There is not one single witness who had his eyes on the shooter once the shooting started. Everybody ran or hit the pavement or took a bullet. The shooter could have been anyone. I also examine claims made about the video, which has not been released. Where is the justification for not releasing this video? From the descriptions I've concluded that the videos show a guy wearing a hoodie wandering around in Safeway for 15 minutes or more then charging outside with his gun blazing. This conflicts with every report putting Loughner on the scene, those reports state he came up to the table and was told to go to the back of the line to wait his turn, which he then did. The witnesses report the shooter appeared moments later, this wildly conflicts with the notion that Loughner wandered around in Safeway for 15 minutes and came out shooting. I have no doubt the shooter was wandering around in the Safeway. The videos of the shooting show only the shooter, I've read, not the people being shot. According to witness testimony to date, Loughner would have been in that line of people, standing next to all the people who subdued him after the shooting. If I was on Loughner's jury I would have to vote to acquit at this point, unless more evidence shows up. The FBI has no excuse for not releasing videos of this event so we can draw our own conclusions from them. So we don't even really know this kid did ANY shooting there. Saying he was shooting for somebody else is premature to say the least. I suggest, from the evidence that's been put in the public domain so far, Loughner was standing in line waiting to talk to Giffords when the shooting started. I predict no video will surface showing the people standing in that line when the shooting started, because that's where Loughner is standing, and where he is dogpiled moments later after the shooter fled the scene. |

He's ear plugged so all his shooting cues are visual. You would almost have to practice that. 31 shots, 20 or more hits,; two into the Safeway store. If that's what happened, it's wild. Seems like he was a trained shooter. |

Quoting: New Age MessiahI find that kind of strange in itself. Why buy the ammo if he was just going to throw it in a wash along with the receipts for it? Why buy the bag if the only purpose seems to have been to hold the ammo and the receipt (as well as other receipts) as it was thrown in the wash? How on earth did the police miss it when they were occupying Loughner's home and searching the area specifically for that bag? The neighbor who found it said it was sitting out plain as day, he saw it walking his dog, four days later. |

People in the wrong place at the wrong time. But he doesn't seem to be spraying gunfire around the area. He fired very rapidly, but he took the time to aim his shots, perhaps. |
