When I was a kid, my grand mother would bake eggs with fish. Sounds strange I know but it was sooo...good! Kind of like a pot pie. AND she would make bird-egg pie. Little guinnea eggs mixed with spices and baked like little pies... Smelled and tasted like a rich family's meal!!!!!!   Eggs and fish do go well together. My sister in law makes scrambled egg with salmon on toast for breakfast. I'm going to make toasted cheese soon. Can't wait any longer for food. This thread should be classified. Dangerous stuff for the very hungry. :Jen 2: Go for it Sparky!! That meal will make ya sleep like a priest. God, I'm starvin' again! Jeeez!!!
