And butterbeans!!! I'm gonna soak me some before I sleep tonite!!!  I can't find dried butterbeans here in NW AR. I have to buy them in the can. I couldn't find frozen okra the last time I tried. They only had the pre-breaded kind, so I skipped it. Nikki, I can't do gumbo. My okra has to be coated with cornmeal and fried crispy. Look for "lima" beans in the sack. (dried) their on the lower shelf usually. Okra is in the frozen section of your grocery store. But listen, you can GROW tons of either one in a small garden..do the research or just ask the good folks here...
