I don't think it's the same Zeta Reticuli stars allegedly source of the Greys and I don't even believe that the Greys are aliens. They are depicted in the chapter "The descending of Inanna through the underworld" of Sumerian Genesis ENUMA ELISH, as engineered beings created by ENKI to perform certain tasks.

So, lets see, the mass is travelling at 54000 miles an hour, give or take; It is 458 light years away. light travels at 186,282 miles per second, multiply that by 3600 to get its hourly rate. that gives us 670615200 miles away; divide that by 54000. So, in 12418.8 years we will see a mass fly tight past our solar system in time for most of our bones to be long dessicated back to the earth. And to completely piss on the parade, it was only named zeta as an alphabetical countdown. This has been a pubic service announcement for those that are doomberbating. Look at the "bow shock;" if it were headed at us the bow shock would be between us and the star and appear to surround the star equally on both sides. More importantly, Zeta Ophiuchi's radial velocity is -15km/sec while its proper motion is about .02" per year. At a distance of 520 light years (a rough old figure for this star), that means its proper motion vector equates to 5.04206228 × 10^-5 ly per year or 477,005,734 kilometers per year, meaning 15.1 km per second. To sum up, its radial velocity in our direction is roughly equal to its linear velocity from our perspective, thus its vector of motion is aimed 45 degrees away from our solar system.
