"are" ha ha not so much anymore The star that went supernova did so long before we started observing the heavens, which is why Zeta Ophiuchus is not currently embedded in any noticeable supernova remnant nebula. Its name, were it still to exist, would simply be Zeta Ophiuchus A while the star that is left would be Zeta Ophiuchus B.  |
