I tried sending Encyclopedia Dramatica the law which you advised to do while attempting to have a page about my daughter and myself taken down. I was told that they are based in Switzerland and U.S. laws did not apply to them. There is a *Horrible* article written about me and my daughter. My daughter received death threats and these people were planning to assassinate her. They listed our address and showed a map with the street grid of the city where we live and had our house circled. I called the police and they said they could do nothing. I did send an e-mail to the White House and it was turned over to the FBI. I have a letter from the FBI Cyber Division which tells me that it was turned over to the local Field Office. But, that is for the prosecution of these people. I would like to see the disgusting article removed. It's a bunch of lies. My daughter has Fragile X Syndrome and Autism. Can you help me? They have posted again an address, phone number, and personal photos of us which were taken from facebook.
