Magnesium chloride is the only form the body is able to absorb, so the best thing is to buy magnesiumchloride at a pharmacist and take one teaspoon of this powder in a glass of water every day. Magnesium in any other form needs to be converted by enzyme activity for the body to absorb. With the elderly that enzyme conversion presents a problem and therefore they often suffer from low maglevels and therefore heart- and bone related ills. People with too low bloodpressure be advised not to take this. Read article on all wonderful benefits of maganesiumchloride by Walter Last.
