VITAMIN D/MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY RELATED ILLNESS AND DEATHS - A CONNECTION OR DEPOP AGENDA?
New evidence in clinical studies indicate low magnesium levels cause many current day health problems and since the body must have magnesium to make vit D3........we all know now that many americans have chronically low vit D levels lately......seems as if there is a depopulation conspiracy at play, or not :) - just got mine checked and it's way low so thus the interest to see why.

The UN’s World Health Organization (WHO) has just recommended that drinking water should contain 25-50 mg of magnesium per liter to prevent deaths from heart attack and stroke. www.MgWater.com/download American bottled water averages <5 mg of magnesium (Mg) per liter, while bottled water in the rest of the world averages about 20 mg of magnesium per liter. The FDA and the US Department of Justice (DOJ) caused the Mg-deficient-water problem by Un-Constitutionally destroying the American mineral water industry in the 1930’s, in the mistaken belief that pure water was good, and that mineral water was just impure water. No other country has ever destroyed their mineral water industry. link here:

then see here:

"Vitamin D deficiency, the cause of probably 60% of the diseases in the U.S. and the world today, is a bit more complicated than appears on the surface.

Most people believe that just taking a vitamin D-3 supplement will eliminate their deficiency in two to three months by raising their D-3 levels to “normal”, and expect all of their health problems to disappear.

You can improve the quality of your health by just taking a vitamin D supplement, but better still, by taking care to include the other missing ingredient in your diet, the mineral magnesium, you can really raise your overall health and the quality of your life.

The inclusion of these magnesium laden healthy and tasty raw vegetables in your diet will result in turning a small health correction into a full blown shot-in-the-arm! This can positively impact your longevity. The supporting science is well documented.

Magnesium is the key factor in converting vitamin D-3 into 1,25D₃ the only form of vitamin D the body can use."

Re: VITAMIN D/MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY RELATED ILLNESS AND DEATHS - A CONNECTION OR DEPOP AGENDA?
THIS IS VERY TRUE

MOST DISEASE STARTS FROM MINERAL DEFICIENCY

MAGNESIUM AND D3 PLAY A CRUCIAL ROLE IN IMMUNE SYSTEMS AND BODY HEALTH

WE ONLY GET DISEASE WHEN OUR BODY CAN NO LONGER FIGHT BACK AND WIN THE FIGHT AGAINST TOXINS AND OR MALIGNANCY

MAGNESIUM IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MINERAL
“Henceforth, from the treaty that divides my holy city, Jerusalem and the day upon which the house of Judah commences the sacrifice, I will anoint my people of the house of Judah who believe on my Son and on the house of Israel who believe on my Son, to prophecy to America, and all the earth for twelve hundred and three score days to this nations and all the nations who would conspire to wipe out my people and the nation of Israel.

“When these days of prophesying are closed up, and on the day of my Passing Over my people as I did upon the firstborn of the lands of Egypt, I will send again the Death Angel upon the earth to reap a harvest into my kingdom and cast the timothy into the fires of eternal torment. I have decreed for twelve hundred and threescore days wars, pestilences, death, and the greatest earthquake upon the earth until the cup of my wrath is empty and all the earth is a desolation.

““Arise O sons of Islam, Russia and the many nations with you and no longer submit to evil, but learn of the Gentle King of Abraham, Yeshuah Ha Meshiach, Your Father and God. Look not to an Imam Mahdi, for there is no way to the great creator of all things than through the Son, who is the Father in the Flesh, and whose flesh will dwell in Your Temples of your fleshly bodies, and not in mosques.”

“Shemah O Israel, hear the breath of My Spirit. I AM who AM, and will forever be the Father of Lights in the Flesh. Honor not the six pointed star of Astarte, six within six by six, for it is the number of the dogs of Orion, and the Red star of the Dragon. You O Israel have worn proudly the badge of Moloch and Kemosh, for you have marked your nation with the Mark of the Caldeans and circumscribers of the occult of all ages."

Re: VITAMIN D/MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY RELATED ILLNESS AND DEATHS - A CONNECTION OR DEPOP AGENDA?
I'm always suspicious when "all of a sudden" there is a huge rush of all the media and professionals pushing some new theory or product.

My doc asked me to take a Vit D test last yr. The next month the nutritionist (who I have to see every 3 months for a stress test, weigh in, body fat check and blood work....just so I can keep and continue paying about 500 a month for my GROUP medical coverage at work) also asked me to get a Vit D test.

I have yet to do so.

Yea, I'm paranoid I guess but it just seems "off" to me. I think I will wait this one out a bit.

Besides, it seems to me that instead of running around adding stuff to our water and telling everyone to take supplements, shouldnt we be asking WHY there is a sudden lack of Vit D in the US.
And perhaps, once we can answer that question, then we can discuss how to remedy it.

From the first article:

Your body works best in an alkaline state, pH 7.3, so do your best to keep it there! Increase your intake of magnesium rich vegetables.

How does one test the ph of a body? Can you buy tests somewhere?

Magnesium chloride is the only form the body is able to absorb, so the best thing is to buy magnesiumchloride at a pharmacist and take one teaspoon of this powder in a glass of water every day.
Magnesium in any other form needs to be converted by enzyme activity for the body to absorb.
With the elderly that enzyme conversion presents a problem and therefore they often suffer from low maglevels and therefore heart- and bone related ills.
People with too low bloodpressure be advised not to take this.

and these are the finest nutritional supplements in the world for two different reasons.

[link to www.vitamist.com]

they are PURE ORGANIC and they are absorbed 90% right into the blood stream through the inside lining of your mouth COMPLETELY bypassing the gastro tract.

you might be getting 10% from those nasty pills so pretty much you are wasting your dough when you take pills and capsules.

they have V-D and also cal mag which just happens to be the HARDEST thing to absorb through your stomach.

check em out.

The cold harsh winters are making people even more Vit D deficient.

I take one daily simply because of the weather and I don't drink a lot of milk. I also take a separate magnesium supplement, too.

Re: VITAMIN D/MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY RELATED ILLNESS AND DEATHS - A CONNECTION OR DEPOP AGENDA?
I didn't know the relationship between the two but I knew they were both critically important.

People take way too much calcium and then they don't take any high quality magnesium and that makes an already magnesium deficient situation worse.

I read a lot about magnesium at George Eby's site, someone posted that here a long time ago and I've tried to return the favor and share it where I can:

[link to george-eby-research.com]

Bookmark that and revisit it from time to time to read there, it is a lot to take in, but seems like very important information which I have made an effort to follow.

I learned a lot from people posting on health topics here over the years. I was already really interested but there have been a lot of good posters here putting up good articles on the new studies with Vitamin D, etc.

In the summer I take about 5,000 IU of Vitamin D, in the winter about 10,000 IU. I have not had a cold since I started taking this a year and a half or two years ago.

Other things I take: Vit. C, B-complex, Vit. E, trace minerals, zinc, MSM, etc, it gets to be a lot sometimes but I don't take everything every day.

not a problem and they are using this tech for spray nitroglycerin, spray insulin, spray flu vaccines, spray antibiotics.

it is just a superior way to administer it into the body and the only way you can get a higher absorbtion rate in right into the vein.

Oh, go on! Have your D level checked. It won't harm you. You get to decide whether or not to supplement.

Things have changed. When I was a kid, we played OUTSIDE. These days, except for a little schoolyard recess now and then or soccer practice twice per week, most kids just do not get outside to play in the SUNLIGHT.

Same goes for adults.

If you wear sunscreen while outdoors, you are likely blocking the natural sunlight that helps you produce Vitamin D.

Contemporary society is such that we do not get enough natural sunlight.
