no, 2015 is not the Jubilee year. I would say around 2072 give a few years or take a few years. The middle of the week of the 7 years will determine the Jubilee year. The Jubilee year will 50 years after the middle of the week. Look for the middle of the week that John wrote about 2000 years ago. The middle of the week is showing itself slowly.
