Internet Service Restored in Egypt - Cost Egypt Nearly $100M

Internet service in Egypt has been restored after several days of blockage and will cost the North African country tens of millions of dollars, according to several reports.

According to a report from think tank The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Egypt's blocking of the Internet and other communications for five days will cost the nation $100 million, the Wall Street Journal has reported.
