Personally, I think I'd get with Ted Turner with his 10,000 acres in northern Latin America and with the 100,000 acres the Bushes acquired in Paraguay (sitting atop an aquifier no less). wildfires are a big problem in that part of the country. the locals are getting seriously pissed at the increased helicopter traffic to the property too. there are airstrips 20 mins drive away but they refuse to use them. also that is a hell of a lot of money for that actual property, bricks and mortar, especially as they have to pay extra now to add leisure facilities. you could buy a chateau for half the price. theirs is a farmhouse and outbuildings they have land which makes money by vineyards which explains some of the cost but it is not that impresive. who wants to have four seperate houses for your weekend guests? i think they overpaid.
