When flying at low level from takeoff or landing yes the pointers could be deadly however there in "a state" at that point. The federal government is already too damn powerful as it is.

The federal government has NO CONSTITUTIONAL POWER TO MAKE SUCH A LAW. It makes not one difference if it is a good idea, when the federal government acts outside of it constitutional powers, you have tyranny. Some of you need to read the 18 powers given to congress via the constitution. Our government needs to be shoved back in the box the founding fathers created for them. The power to make such laws reside in the STATES!!!
