Ewwwww. Thick bologna.  Everything else sounds good, but that thick bologna triggers a gag reflex. LOL. Ya gotta frie it clear thru...not burnt but just brown and GREASY! The onion (with hot mustard makes it healthy!   I like it that way with one thin slice, but that thick stuff, ewwwww. Just can't do that. Still love your food threads though. 8) Try it sliced thin, cut up in tiny squares and fried with 'taters and onions, bell peppers servrd on brown rice...MMMM!!!!  Now that does sound good! Never tried it over rice, but will now. Mmm. I had a piece of fried chicken, lima beans with okra, biscuits, and applesauce. Saved me a bicuit to have in the morning with gravy....and a couple slices of bacon.
