Dictators should hear this mesmerizing video message

With all the present unrest in Egypt and in all other “not-free” nations living under authoritarian regimes with their real and/or pseudo-dictatorships, there obviously is still the need within the Human psyche, to hear this 70 year old, eerie, timeless and hauntingly true speech given by Charlie Chaplin in his movie, The Great Dictator.
