A few years back while on the road with a band...we were in Panoma Southern California, and there was a karioki/fish taco place (super delicious, btw) next to the venue. I saw a young girl, maybe 8 or 9 years old, do Welcome To The Jungle...by that psychosis of a band...it was the most bizarre and grotesque American cultural event I'd ever witnessed. A highlight of the tour in retrospect.

Slash ain't bad but there are allot of great guitarists. I like Hendrix, Sonnny Sharrock, Frip and Frith and Bill Friezell. One upon a time I loved John McLaughlin (with Miles) but he's just gotten too clinical the last 20 years. Sometimes it's such a relief when the guitar player stops playing.
