Which people can't be believed? There are documents from the Ministry of Interior that spell out all their tactics, but in arabic and I can't post them here. Take my word for it, UK Intelligence has been on to this stuff for a while, and I wouldn't be surprised if the CIA knew of it too.

Not to mention, I have seen a trend of UK intelligence disclosure in the last year. They are droppin tabs on everything, and I rarely (can't really even think of one single time) see them debunked.

Well, first of all, YOU. You say you've seen documents that prove something? How did you verify what these documents are, and if they're even real? I have no reason to believe you because you are neither impartial nor objective.

The accusations come from two guys who were arrested for the bombing (of the al-Qiddissin Church in Alexandria), who then escaped from prison and fled straight to the UK embassy in Cairo where they said they were innocent. And who did they say was guilty? Interior ministry officer Maj. Fathi Abdelwahid, the guy who arrested them.

Believable? NO.

You know what? Believe what you want - I know what I see with my own eyes here and it's not ME who verified the validity of the documents, but judges and other egyptians. And I'm not the UK Intel who made these claims - and the egyptian people way back when the bombing happened suspected BEFORE any of the proof came out, that the Regime was behind it. Why? Because it wasn't the first time. Security guards left the church before mass was over - Mubarak hired guys who protested against christians, same kind of strategy that was used during the the demonstrations. They constantly tried to cause sectarian unrests but failed.

Protests were held BEFORE January 25th in regards to the church bombing, Muslims and Christians united, outraged about the lack of security and calling for Habib El-Adly to step down. The notion was already there that he had his hands in it as several eyewitnesses reported the security guards abandoning posts before the mass was over. The bomb was set off just as worshipers were leaving the New Years mass after midnight.

The demonstrators held banners reading "We are all equal - there's no discrimination based on religion," and "Muslim or Copt: It doesn't matter."

They chanted slogans such as "One country, one dream, one hope and one love."

"The attack that happened in Alexandria won't divide us," Shaimaa, a member of the Youth for Justice and Freedom group, told Daily News Egypt. "On the contrary, it will strengthen our [Muslims' and Coptic Christians'] unity.

The protesters also accused the Ministry of Interior of failing to protect Egypt's Copts and called for the resignation of Interior Minister Habib El-Adly.

Clashes erupted as protesters attempted to break the police cordon and security forces resisted, tightening the cordon to the extent that various protesters said that it was difficult to breathe.

"The riot police got orders to - tighten the cordon surrounding us and suffocate

"We tried to widen the cordon [so we could breathe], but [security forces] sent in thugs to beat us up," Guevara said. "[The thugs] pulled me outside the cordon - among others - and beat me up, tore my clothes and then let me go."

Protesters and press groups were prevented from leaving the police cordon in Ramses Street for over an hour.

I watched more than one video during this whole thing, where i saw Egyptians yelling how this is not about religion, color, differances... we are all humans and deserve to be treated as such.. Now that is true unity

if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck.... and when one is no longer stupid....the overwhelming evidence is the mubarek regime was resposible for the terror. mubarek was put in place by the US. the truth sometimes gets out in this world!

I deleted his post and banned him because he was stalking me without actually proving anything to the contrary. I had answered his post and instead of replying just copied and pasted the same response.

If he has no proof or nothing else to say then he can go start his own thread and try to debunk the facts!

You haven't yet responded to that. How do you find these people believable? They were arrested for the bombing, they escape from prison, run to the UK embassy, say the guy who arrested them "made them do it"? How can any sensible person believe crap like that?

I did reply to his thread if you look - and he made his point and instead of replying to what I said, he just copied and pasted the same post in bold. This is debate? Just keep repeating like a broken record without responding to what I said? Seriously, what is YOUR interest in this? And if you read the whole history of this Regime - a "sensible" person CAN believe that. If you actually did research in the matter and/or lived here, you would believe it. That is the same regime that lets loose thugs on its own citizens and uses live ammunition during a protest. And there is proof with official documents - that is why there is a investigation and the guy is under house arrest and his assets are frozen.
