I was refering to the chance that these flares or CMEs could affect the Eastern Rift Zone of the Big Island. If it breaks off a big surfboard would be good, and a scuba tank.

Spam would be a great addition to the bugout kit. I may have to throw a few cans into my submarine. Its great for survival, spam that is. Protien, salt and fat. It will pull you thru the fourth quarter as long as you have water.
