Solar Activity .24 hr Summary...

Solar activity was very low. Newly numbered Region 2804 (N18W08,
Cro/beta) produced several midlevel B-class flares. New spot
emergence was also noted in the south and was numbered as Region 2805
(S23W02, Bxo/beta).

Other activity included an approximate 40 degree filament eruption
centered near S45E70 at 22/0500 UTC in SDO/AIA 304 imagery. An
associated CME could be seen in SOHO/LASCO C2 imagery beginning at
22/1212 UTC off the SE limb. This CME is not expected to have an
Earth-directed component.
